ALL DELIVERIES
Please note that for all deliveries, your order will be delivered within the time slot you have selected.

Cut off time for next day orders is 3pm
​
Preorders, please ensure to select your preferred date in the ‘notes’ box when emailing us.

All orders without selected dates will automatically be assumed as next available date.
​
Add a personalised message with your order which can also be added to the ‘notes’ box .

DAMAGE
Table Grazes: All gear to remain on the table during and after the event. Any loss of items or damage to gear will incur up $350 charge.

REFUNDS
We do not issue refunds.
For all orders cancelled or postponed we will issue a store credit for a future booking.
